C-band tunable laser source in bench top or rack mount, with continuous tuning, high output power and front panel or remote control. Output is on single mode polarization maintaining fiber.

The source tunes 1525-1568 nm with 1 pm wavelength resolution, absolute wavelength accuracy inside plus/minus 5 pm and step sizes of 1 to 40 pm at under 2 ms per step. Factory-set output power is at least +13 dBm with 0.01 dB resolution and absolute power accuracy inside plus/minus 0.08 dB. Side-mode suppression is at least 40 dBc, intrinsic linewidth under 5 MHz, and polarization extinction ratio above 20 dB. A BNC trigger can be configured as an output or an input.

Three bench-top ASE light sources in the 1000 nm (X-) band with different spectral characteristics, for R&D on 1 micron fiber laser components and other 1000 nm band optical devices.

OEM module versions of the three 1000 nm band ASE light sources, for integration into a customer's instrument.

A bench-top amplified spontaneous emission light source in the 850 nm range, using Er-doped fluoride fiber as the gain medium. FiberLabs targets it at optical component testing for 850 nm multimode fiber links and at machine vision illumination invisible to the eye.
