Technical overview
PhotonFirst lists a fibre based temperature sensor as one of four sensor types in its portfolio, but publishes no per-sensor datasheet, part number or specification table. At company level PhotonFirst states that its fibre optic systems can measure temperature from -270 C up to 800 C by analysing FBG wavelength shifts. Sensors are normally delivered as part of an engineered integration into the customer's asset rather than as a stocked item.
