SLD light source (OEM Module)
OEM module versions of the SLD light source family covering 750 to 1750 nm, for integration into a customer's instrument. Custom types are available on request.
Technical overview
The SLD-Md series mirrors the bench-top lineup model for model, from SLD-Md0830-01 at 830 nm to SLD-Md1650-08 at 1650 nm, with the same output power (>= 1 mW to >= 36 mW) and spectral bandwidth (>= 15 nm to >= 75 nm) figures. All modules measure 18 x 120 x 90 mm and run from DC 5.1 to 5.4 V with pump LD shutdown protection. The three short-wavelength models have no output isolator available; models from 1275 nm up have one built in. No PDF datasheet is published on the module page.
